Richard Ashley

He is the lead designer in our state-of-the-art converting area.  After studying business finance at California State University – Long Beach, Richard began his 20+year career in the medical manufacturing industry with Sentry Medical as a Machine Operator and Scheduler. Soon after Sentry was acquired by Ludlow (A division of Tyco Healthcare) he became the Master Scheduler for the entire facility along with assuming some engineering R & D duties. Richard was a member of the internal audit team and was instrumental in the development of work cells within manufacturing. Richard then worked for several years with Scapa Converting as a Manufacturing Process Engineer before he came to R & D medical in 2007
